1. the fab four; This past weekend I got to spend Saturday with my favorite little people, and I had a blast! We ran around (you'd think I was still a kid myself), played freeze-tag, I got lots of hugs and kisses, and I luved every minute of it..
2.flexibility; And, I found that - at almost 43 years of age! - I can STILL do a cartwheel (one handed, no less), a back walk-over, a handstand AND a split! Plus, I could even walk the next day without (too much) difficulty! That, my friends, is a favorite thing!!

4. birdies; and on that same note, I've noticed several birds chirping and flittering around the yard, and that always brings a smile to my face.

And, what about you? What were the highlights of your week? Be sure to head on over to Living to Tell the Story and share your Friday Faves with Susanne and all the other wonderful participants. And, until next time...

i am 49 and my daughter and I did a "gunny" type sack race down the haul...it was so much fun...but oh my!
I love the approaching spring!
Have a great weekend!
Oh my goodness. I don't think I'd even attempt a cartwheel and a back bend? That would require a visit to the chiropractor! LOL. So awesome that you have stayed nice and flexible. I wish I wouldn't have let that area go.
What a blessing to have a nature preserve right at the end of your street!
I love to hear the birds sing!
Ok. I am duly impressed by your cartwheeling, etc. Very duly impressed.
=D Definitely worth making your list this week!
I am quite impressed with the cartwheels and splits and all the other stuff you did!!! Way to go!!!
I'm very uncoordinated ... I couldn't do those things at 13, let alone 43 ...
You can't beat hugs and kisses from little kids!
You sound very blessed to live so close to a great place to walk.
Oh how lovely to have a preserve at the end of your street!! Ha! I'm glad you can still do a cartwheel...they'd have to cart me off to the hospital if I tried one :0)
WOw, I'm truly impressed at your agility! What a lovely preserve--I'd been walking there everyday too! Have a great weekend.
