Blue Blooms

I'm not really sure what these little blue blooms *are*, but they make a pretty ground cover in my side garden! (identification would be appreciated)

What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be sure; but, scattered along life's pathway, the good they do is inconceivable. ~ Joseph Addison

I have that in a corner patch in our yard too. It was here when we moved here, but this year I'm going to try to uproot a few bunches of it and try to transplant it over to another area where I can't seem to get anything to grow. I figured that would be an easy fix. It's a gorgeous ground cover, ours even has color (green) in the winter! Flowers in late spring here. Looks the same as yours. I'll be curious to see if someone can identify it.
